Deposit & Payment Details for the Cowgirl Re-Union 2022

Re-United:  July 8-12, 2022 in Merritt, BC 

Re-Union:  July 20-24, 2022 in Merritt, BC

Re-Union Alberta:  Aug 17-21, 2022 in Bowden, AB

The cost for this entire experience at Re-Union is $1,295+GST

If paid in full by June 1, 2023. Full cost $1,395+GST after June 1st. 

Re-United (for alumni's is $1,195+GST due my June 1, 2023

This non-refundable, non-transferable deposit reserves you spot for the 2023 Cowgirl Re-Union.  You can also pay via e-transfer to cowgirlreunion@gmail.com.  For those registering through e-transfer please send an accompanying email with your NAME, CONTACT INFORMATION, RETREAT LOCATION and PASSWORD DETAILS.  Looking forward to seeing you there!

**PLEASE READ** Cancellation policy & payment details

This $450 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.  If you have paid in full in advance the remainder of your payment less the deposit is refundable until June 1, 2023 (if you have paid the early bird pricing).  If you have paid and are not able to come at the last minute, you are welcome to sell you space to another cowgirl.  If we have a wait list, and can easily fill the space you will receive a refund less the $450 deposit.  

Early Bird Pricing

If you would like to take advantage of the early bird pricing ($1,295+GST) please pay your remainder via cheque, e-transfer or PayPal or through the retreat selection below by June 1, 2023.  The cost afterward is $1,395+GST.  We will send out a reminder email prior to June1st with all the details and invoice for the remainder.

What This Includes

Your horse accommodations (but not horse hay or feed), your campsite, Saturday dinner on us, and the entire experience with cowgirl extraordinaire, Stefanie Travers, 10 exquisite photos with breathtaking professional photographer Krista Kay, Transformational Life Coach & EFL Instructor Naomi Wycherley and the amazing Cowgirl Team to support and help you the entire way.  Plus lots of surprise goodies!  

For food, we ask you to bring your own hearty breakfast and lunch plus one potluck dinner item to share on one of our nights together (all dinners are potluck with Covid-19 protocols in place).

If you would like to bring your live-in horse trailer or camper that works great.  We have lots of room, and if you'd like a cozy bed in one of the bunkhouses on site (2 person bunkhouse) it is an additional $50/per night.  We are stoked about getting an incredible group of women together to come ride, learn, and celebrate with us.
